I would rate her a 7.5 based on the four pictures you included. If I could see one of her full body pictures then maybe she's be an 8 depending on her boob size and how nice her legs look. She's more beautiful than many girls but there are many girls more beautiful than her when comparing her to other beautiful girls.
She's pretty, but not a total knockout, as 10's don't exist at all, and well, 9's, would be too plastic looking
I say first picture is a ten cause she smiling in that picture.
