Eiza Gonzales had plastic surgery. And what a fabulous result !
Despite many operations (Nose, Lips, jaw, cheekbones and eye lift, boobs), she looks natural and gorgeous !

If those chiseled cheekbones are the result of plastic surgery, then I wholeheartedly endorse plastic surgery.

Although, I'm sure it is also the result of simple aging and weight loss.
Younger women tend to have less defined, more chubby faces.

Yes but objectively. I think that there is subjectivity to beauty but there is still some objectivity.
Her jaw was too long which looks good on a man but a bit masculine on a woman (and it does fit some people’s faces but not hers and that’s the subjectivity).
Her nose was too long and had a bump, doesn’t look good from a side view and does not compliment her face (again it would look good or other girls, Penelope Cruz for example).
Her lips were fine but lips with the upper lip bigger are a bit sexier so good for her.
She had a round face which some people like and other don’t, that’s subjective but she got cheekbones implants and her face looks more sophisticated and elegant !
