I'd probably choose vinyl because it is easier for her to take care of those kinds of clothes than real leather. My favorite for her to wear would be those silky shiny athletic clothes, but the type you listed would be pretty fun too when she is going to be dominant for fun, but the silky athletic clothes would be good for any time, for intimate time, for sleeping and cuddling, for going places in public, pretty much any time.
