The first one looks okay, the second one looks messy/sloppy, and the third one actually looks good/well styled.
It depends on her face structure for whether t would look good or just look silly.
I like the braided ones/boxer braids like some of the mma women have.

I think they look very cute. They don't suit all girls, but the ones I've seen all looked great. They do show some childish vibe, but it doesn't mean they look bad on adults. Most short girls rock them real good.

in my opinion, pigtails look good on smaller, petite girls. Girls with slender or athletic bodies just look bad.

I like it. I think in the USA too many women have the same hairstyle.

Don't get me wrong some of them look really good. But it just looks exactly the same.

Like if I look at the celebrities a lot of them look the same to me.

The last photo is really cute. They are childish. Appeals to guys into DD/LG (dominant daddy/little girl) play. So if you want to attract that type then pigtails are just the thing. A plaid skirt, one socks and Mary Janes will complete the look.
