I usually wear shorts underneath. Any kind really. It depends on the skirt or dress. With the shorter ones I usually stick to spandex style shorts, but with some of my sundresses I’ll even wear jean shorts underneath. Because I don’t like to “sit like a lady” as my grandmother would say. I’m far too fidgety for that. Usually by the time I’ve been sitting in the same place for ten minutes, I’m bored enough that I’m putting my foot behind my head. And I don’t think that I should just not wear dresses because of that. Because dresses are fluttery and fun. So I just wear shorts underneath.
That’s not an opinion. That’s an actual case. That’s just him thinking something that’s wrong. People seem to get confused about that.
If it can be proven true or false, it’s not an opinion. It’s impossible to prove that there’s anything wrong with guys wearing skirts. I’d have an easier time proving that there’s nothing wrong with it.

Depends on the weather, where I'm going and the length of the skirt. I'm really bad at sitting nice so I have to at least have on boy short underwear underneath. I usually have on short running shorts underneath because, like I said before, I can't sit nice. If it's a loose mini skirt I want my pants to be visible so I'll wear kapris. With a midi skirt I'll wear kapris or pants so you can see them. With a maxi skirt I'll wear anything.
I would imagine slipping on a skirt over a wet bathing suit is easier than trying to put on shorts or pants. 😎

if it’s below mid thigh I have yoga shorts
if it’s below knee I have just regular underwear.
If its hot out none of that applies and I wear swim bikini bottoms under bc I’ll be swimming for sure.
