I usually wear an analogue watch but I switched to a fit bit after being diagnosed with breast cancer and I needed to track my health. I recommend fitbits! Cheap and reliable!
I've got a Samsung watch and I make good use of it. It's only really worth it if you're going to use the features mainly for fitness tracking etc. If just for the time it's not worth it.
@anniisa97 Yes I would say it motivates me, you can see tangible statistics as to your activity and decide if you need to step it up a gear, or if the activity you are doing is giving you the results you were expecting.
Yeah it can do steps but I don't have my phone on me every second of the day. There are a lot of other things like heart rate blood oxygen and blood pressure. Also easy way to track exercise routines without having to do anything just automatically knows what you are doing. Also sleep tracking and lots of other every day things.

I have a watch though, to be honest, I never seem to be anyplace where there isn't a digital clock readout or actual clock to check the time.
I own a few but I’m not really a watch wearing person
I have a simple Casio that I wear when being extra casual. When I wear "nicer" clothes I have a watch from MVMT I wear.
It's digital and has the date and day of the week, but other than that it's a traditional one. My previous one just broke. No time, no nothing.

No, I sell them. Cell phones killed the watch industry
I got Casio retro watch. It helps a lot. I am tired of smart watch that I have to charge it every single day. My watch has better lasting 10 years
