Most of the people find natural body type, the way you're born unattractive. And sometimes people to feel socially acceptable and other dont judge them on the basis of how they look try hard to meet those standards. (These stuff seems shallow to me personally because rather than working on looks working on personality is wayy better)Ps: i am not talking about when people themselves do those for *themselves*. I am talking about when people do them so that *others* can accept them and not comment on them.

I disagree. Seeing these photoshopped girls in advertising... guys are 100% aware this is how it is. It's unrealistic. Most guys (honestly) think they're not good enough (physically) for a woman who looks like that. The truth is, NO one really looks like they do in advertising pictures. Blemishes are removed, breaststroke are uplifted and slightly reshaped, hips are slimmed, buttocks are either added to, or thinned, legs reshaped... c'mon! Thats not real! As a girl, please don't think you're not good enough if you don't look like that!
Truth - just be yourself. Sure, take the time to look nice, but don't go out of your way to attempt to meet near impossible levels of beauty. Attracting a guy this way, is not how you'll find it. What you'll get is a guy who likes and wants the exterior, but we all have a minor problem. We ALL get older, and those youthful looks WILL fade. Then what do you have?
Guys (and girls too) want the real person, not some made up fantasy that looks nice and at the end of the day has to remove 5 pounds of makeup to reveal a witch like Drucella underneath it. Just be yourself. Work on developing a good personality. Have a sense of humor. Be playful but not destructive in that playfulness. Guys who see that are FAR more attracted to a girl like that. Why? Because you're being the REAL you - like the vast majority of them are.

I used to feel sorry for lazy women until they started preaching 'fat acceptance' and claiming it's immoral discrimination if a man doesn't find a lazy fat woman attractive. And then I thought about the other women claiming men should accept them as they are & I asked myself where should I draw the line? At women who want to wear mustaches? Women who wear oversized men's shoes because it's comfortable? Women who claim they don't want to make their hair look nice to go on a date I'm paying for because it's not "comfortable" to put any effort in? I just raised my standards to where I WANT them to be and I don't care about women's whining anymore.
Yes agree, It is more complex if you know something in society I think first world happned that so sociologist deal with that. especially it is about capitalism. so ugly person appears that can not stop and they can not talk about themselves so they have to talk about outside of themselves... etc but western's thought is not like eastern. that mend it. so still have a chance to solve.
When it come to things like this for me there are already to many fake people out there . I run from it. And them. . Like I've always said beauty comes from the inside it's who you truly are if I don't like the person on the inside. Then I'm really not going to like the fake person on the outside
It’s a two way street and I don’t feel everyone is that way but I do feel that there’s usually something about that person’s appearance that draws us to that person and it’s not always a super model quality that draws a person to the person they’re attracted too. Also there’s a lot of people that have different reasons for staying interested in the person for me it’s inner beauty
Na that's not understandable.. even some often claim that its biological instincts and all.. could be 10-20 % right.. but that not justified. People should adore others for the way they are irrespective of gender
Yeahh!! That's worse! Most women want extrovert guys or who talks a lot and stuff. I personally find shy n introvert guys to be interesting. From my personal experience shy guys make amazing boyfriend. I have one
Sure, personality >> looks. However, this leaves out two important concepts, that even have Latin terms, that's how far back in time they go:
1. "Prima Facie" (at first view), you don't know personality right away, but you do see visually right away.
2. "Ceteris Paribus" (all other things being the same), given two people who have an equally nice personality, don't tell me you would not go for the more physically attractive one. You would, and so would I.
Yeah at first view of their natural looks? Rather than modified one? And if i have two equally nice personality i would go with the one who suits me better or we have better understanding or lets say more compatible with me. Not all nice personality fits you..
