Anybody know what they're called?

I've seen Martial Arts people wear them but have no idea what they're called. They're black pants but look like a full black skirt until you spread your legs apart a little. I'm pretty sure they have an elastic band around the ankles but, because the pants are so long, they cover up those cuffs and, as I've said, make it look like you're wearing a full length skirt. I refer to them as Kimono pants but, apparently, that's not the right name.

I don't think that is it. It looks more like a dress. The ones I'm thinking about looks like parachute pants
