Anyone else think above the knee shorts on men look WAY better than below the knee shorts?

Honestly in my opinion? While it's none of my business what other people wear, and I realize people don't dress to please me; personally I absolutely hate the way below the knee shorts look on men. Like in photo above of the same guy in the above the knee shorts versus the "too long" shorts... night and day to me. To me it's just crazy how much better men's shorts look when they don't cover the kneecaps.

I personally also like very short shorts on guys, like around 5 inch inseam, mid-thigh... though I realize that length might be "a bit too bold" for most people, especially since below the knee shorts have been so ingrained for a long time... but slightly above the knee is an excellent starting point in my opinion.

Now for some photo examples of men in above the knee shorts that I think looks good. ;3

Ahaha... would you look at all that beautiful man thigh. But on a more serious note, I tried to include a variety of different "above the knee" lengths. From only a few inches above to significantly more inches above.

I would find some below the knee shorts photo examples for comparison, but... I just hate looking at below the knee shorts, lol.

For all the guys in those photos, they're seriously rocking those shorts, and it would break my heart if they "reverted" back to below the knee shorts, haha... no, not really, but I'd still be disappointed, lol.

That being said... if you're a man who likes below the knee shorts, or a woman who likes to see men in below the knee shorts... respect. This is just my silly, and perhaps a bit too "obsessive" opinion, haha.

This may be my 90's/2000's soul talking but I always prefered my shorts to be below the knee. However, I do have and appreciate the above the knee aesthetic of short in that style. As long as they're not too short cause they start to look weird at some point.

No issue with that. I definitely do have my preferences and biases, but the world does not revolve around me and my tastes, lol. I can see if you're used to the 90's/2000's style, naturally you'd prefer below the knee shorts.

It's good you can appreciate the above the knee aesthetic though, even if they aren't your preferred option! From that alone you're probably more open minded than the vast majority of people, myself included, lol.

i think guy legs are hairy. but if you are in a relationship you can say your preference and probably he will try half thigh.

Well yeah. Technically everyone's legs are "hairy" naturally, even women's legs, though of course a lot of women choose to shave their legs, while not a lot of men choose to do it.

I assume though you're referring to guys who have hairier legs than average. And as for that... it doesn't bother me, lol. I don't really have leg hair preference, I just like legs. The legs can be super hairy, or barely any hair at all, or just average, or even shaved/waxed if that's his thing... I just like legs, hairiness or lack of hairiness isn't a factor for me, haha.

That being said though... good tip. Thanks, lol. I will indeed say my preference for half thigh. :)

It is all a matter of current trend. Above the knee shorts keep getting shorter till they start looking gay as fuck !!!

Not me, knee length is ideal for me.
