Due to cancer surgery I’m unable to wax under my armpits. I’m afraid of the stitches opening. I shave but it still leaves stubble and black dots. I never used to be conscious of this, til my sister before my surgery said wow your armpits need shaving when I had shaved on that day. Its black dots it leaves but not a hairy bush. So are guys ok with this definition of shaving? Please be honest I won’t be offended if you say your honest opinion nicely
I think you're worrying needlessly. First off unless he's really picky he's not going to notice such a subtle difference. Secondly, if it came up I think you'd have a very good excuse. And anyone who didn't accept that, why would you care what they thought?

It's the thought that counts. And anybody who knows about your cancer surgery would totally understand. I wish you well.

Given your current issue, I wouldn't give this a second thought. Stay safe and be well.
If there are medical reasons and a guy really cares about you, he'll understand and not make a fuss about it.
I prefer them hairless but, I don't think I'd demand it.
Either works for me even if it's still a little stubly
