How do you keep clean on the trail backpacking?

By that I mean how often do you change your clothes, how do you do your personal hygiene, how do you clean your body, and how do you keep your stuff clean
For me I rarely change my clothes I have about 2 pairs of underwear, socks, 1 pair of men’s under armor leggings that I mainly wear on trail and a pair of hiking pants I have 2 sun shirts and a sweater for sleeping I sleep in my underwear for personal hygiene I use a hole body deodorant unscented and camp soap for washing my hair body and dishes and clothes for on a long trip I also brush my teeth twice a day for cleaning my body if I come across a stream I will take a bath or shower in it and every night in my tent I will wipe myself down with wet wipes for keeping my stuff clean I just rinse it if and brush it off

i would change underwear a few times a day for sweatiness.. but i stopped hiking. my last hike was when i was 40.
