I'm a manager at a gym and he's a regular member. He teases me ALL the time, calls out my name alot, talks to me for a long time in between his workouts and brags and shows me pics of his trip, makes fun of me, I catch him staring at me sometimes, he shows off in front of me and told me that "You'll learn I'm different from the guys here, I'm not some guy with muscles (then he flexes) and no brains. I come in talking about Archimedes and theoretical physics" When he's with his friend they both smile at each other and smirk when im around.

Yesterday he flirted a lot and for the first time we actually touched he walked towards me with a smile on one of his breaks and fist pumped me, but hasn't done that to any of the front desk girls just me.

Yeah. He likes you enough to break the "touch barrier." So he likes you a lot. Most situations don't allow for physical contact that means nothing. Only would-be players or guys that are smitten break the touch barrier.

The only exception is if you try talking to a guy and seems to be distant or distracted. If he makes physical contact without paying you enough attention then it's friend zone. This isn't friend.
