Guys, We text everyday and he says I make him really hard. Can this eventually turn into something AND HOW DO I KEEP HIM INTERESTED?

I met this really cute guy in April but he had to go away on a business trip to another country for some training. After that he went to visit some family in Europe and he will be back in his city in October, which is a 5 hour drive from my city.

I really like him and we talk everyday. We really hit it off when we met that we hung out everyday for a week before he left for his trip. We kissed a couple of times and cuddled but we never went further than that. He always commented about how pretty he thinks I am and every where we went he kept on saying "youre always the hottest girl in the room".

We text everyday and we send pics and flirt a lot. We talk about everything.. some days all we talk about is sex all day and all the things we want to do to each other. other days it'll be calmer and we'll just talk about what we're doing and other random things. or just send each other photos of what we are doing.

I really like him. Since we met I have met other guys that I just didn't click with. I'm not sure if this can progress into anything. in a way i think we talk too much and i'm worried he'll get bored. he also came out of a long term relationship last year with a girl he really loved. she left him for someone else and he was really hurt by it and I don't know if he's over it. he told me he isn't looking for anything serious right now because of that and the amount he needs to travel, but towards the end of this year he won't have to travel so much anymore.

what do i do? any chance this can become something more? how do i keep him interested while he is away? how come he says he's not looking for something serious but constantly contacts me?
