Guys, What does it mean when a guy gives you a high five in agreement and then squeezes your hand for a few seconds before letting go?

I just saw this guy that I had a thing with a few months ago for the first time in 2 months. We were at a party and I came with another girl he had a thing with last year, and he had brought a date. He did not spend much time with his date but talked to me and the girl most of the time we were there. When I first got there, he was like "wow I haven't seen you in forever, how have you been and he touched me on the shoulder, and then he got me and the girl I was with drinks, and hung out with us most of the time. Then someone brought up having kids, and I said oh I don't want to have kids until I'm at least 30, and he said "YES YES!!! Me too!" An he gave me a high five and took my hand and squeezed it. I'm I couldn't tell if he was just being flirty, or he was into the girl I was with or into me?
