Texting someone who didn't give you their number?

So I work with a guy in retail and I can tell he does like me and we flirt a little, but not obviously, since we do work with other people on the floor. I'm not sure if it's exactly normal for him or not. I only see him at work. He has his number up on the wall in case anyone needs a shift covered, I feel like it would be weird to text him if he didn't give me it himself. He's not going to be working there after next month, and I don't want to miss an opportunity to maybe hang out with him sometime.. we don't work together all the time only a few times a month, so I have no idea when id work with him again, or if I have the chance at all.. if anyone can give advice as to maybe how to approach this, or if sending him a text is a bad idea I'd much appreciate it! Thank you. ❤

From that situation you described, GO FOR IT! The worst case scenario is he says no. Posting your phone number on the wall is a definite reason to text him, maybe its destiny that he did that so you could eventually text him?
