Touching the small of your back?

OK. one day I turned a 'journal' page into my teacher, and he just left it on the desk. then this guy, who hasn't ever seemed interested in me, went over and started reading it. I didn't think much of it, cause he probably just wanted an example, and it wasn't very personal. a couple days later he sits next to me in the library and asks to borrow a project handout that I was using, and he asked me for help. today, he brushed by me and put his hand on the small of my back.

Any initial physical contact is more than often an experiment to see how you respond to it. If you give no obvious negative reaction, he will try different types of contact, until he gets the response from you that he is after.Or you tell him to f*** off.

No. I would never make physical contact with a girl unless I am interested. And when a girl touches me (with her hands) it is an immediate signal that she is open to more physical contact. It's not just bumping into someone if hands are involved. Hands are very important to people. They are a huge sorce of stimuli and a way we explore the world around us. We learn so much through touching things with our fingers and picking up things with our hands. Puting your hands on someone is exploring...

Well the small of a girl's back is not a generally touched area so there is a possibility that he wanted to touch you or he could've been trying to get your attention
