Some guys make it really douchey, like you can just tell they're full of themselves because they walk around preening and flexing. Such a buzzkill. But if you're just natural about it and being cool, it's sooo sexy IF you have the body for it. Fat guys should not be shirtless. But for lean guys with muscle, it's incredibly hot, because it shows that he has both a hot body and strong confidence. Both of those are incredibly sexy.
Don't get us wrong we love looking at a nice toned body. But if you just put your body on show like that it tells us you want all the female attention and only want sex and seem like a bit of a womaniser. I'm. not saying you are but that's the impression we get. Well done and glad to hear you are body proud

If it's really warm out, then I kinda understand it and roll my eyes a little but just ignore it. It's kinda just douchey if it's not super hot though.
it depends, if you're at the gym or beach it's ok. But if I see a guy shirtless just walking down the street, it's a turn off. It's obvious that they are showing off and that's what is annoying. I don't like showoffs.
