Why would my female friend stick her tongue out at me?

My female friend that works with me who is also my crush will walk past me and stick her tongue out at me for no reason. She'll walk past me in the isle then stick her tongue out or if I'm working on something she'll stick her tongue out. Also, I did some shopping the other day before I clocked in. I walked in the store and she quickly greeted me with "Good morning mikey!" She nicknamed me that instead of Michael. She was leaving for the day as I finished up shopping, she was talking to someone and saw me walk out she smiled and waved bye. As she left the parking lot she waved and had a big half smile. Does she like me?

When she saw me walk in to work a couple times she would say from across the store "Is that Mikey?" Or would say loudly across the store "Hey mikey!"

None of these things are guaranteed signs that she likes you. She might just be a bit quirky. I understand that you are looking for assurance but you can't take too much from such small things because it's too easy to read meaning into them that isn't there. If you want to know if she likes you then you have to create situations where there is no doubt. The closer she is willing to be to you, the more likely it is that she likes you.
