after a break up i have been known to get nasty but that was due to being treated worse and im hiding the fact im dead inside from the breakup.. just because we use the L word dosnt mean we allways didn't mean it
I've never had that problem patience is key even when you get rejected act normally keep bring you stay her friend keep doing nice things for her. Even if it takes a few years you'll eventually get those buns if you feel she's worth it have patience. Has never failed me once.
Time precious, don't have time for me. Indecisiveness lead to self destruction. Cao cao vs yuan shao show great example. Learn from history can make you a better person
It's insane tho. I liked a guy A LOT. And after he said no to me I asked him why and he called me pathetic for asking. He was then rejected by a girl a week later and he full on cried and was being over dramatic about it. screaming, crying and hitting things all cuz she said after countless times she just wanted to be friends. He couldn't take the hint after straight out no. while I just asked why and just left it at that, I was known as the pathetic one.
Looks like Karma got him!
Guys have really fragile egos. Even if you said "no" in the nicest way possible, it still feels like a jab at their confidence. Some girls are like that too, but it tends to be worse with guys
It's simply that you aren't worth the effort of being nice to if you are not interested. Why would we? it would be wasting both our time. If you don't like them then don't pretend to.
Because they can't take it. Actually, I think that they were just being nice to you because they wanted you, otherwise they wouldn't act this way. I was never mean to a girl after rejection.
if you were friends he may feel as if he ruined the friendship. if he thought you liked him he might feel dumb for thinking that. or he's just an ass who overreacts when he doesn't get his way.
maybe they're insecure in their manhood, a real man will move on with his life & not be such an idiot about the breakup, what you resist persists, the lessons will be repeated until they are learned
It's just that guys sometimes feel that you might change your mind if they are rude to you, that they might get you to realise that you lost an important part of your life by saying "no". What they don't realise is that by being jerks they are pushing away the person they like.
Because no one has ever told them no in their entire lives, or at least not during their formative years. Children need to be told no so they don't grow up into complete assholes.
Happens on both sides, I don't know why people go into relationships, my advice would be to wait until you're at least 27, no one is mature before, and believe it or not, you just want sex before that, find a girl or a guy to sleep with and do the other actually interesting things in life
Because you Probly teased him. No one likes wasting their time
Cause I have had girls play with my emotions, the thing is I would make a good boyfriend but girls just laugh at me and play me I even had a girl recently sit down and cuddle up with me and say she felt it was meant for her to be in my life and then she tells me later she wouldn't date me if I was the last guy on earth
it just hurts so people with their hopes up become spiteful or nasty sometimes. happens to the best of us.
Do you like being turned down for any reason about any given thing?
I like this response.
Because their ego got a big hit. It's quite logical that they turn cold.
because they are weak and never gave a shit about you except in as much as how you could make them feel. you should broom these kind of users as fast as you can
They were rejected, so they try to make girls feel rejected too. It's a matter of pride. Their ego was bruised.
Because they're immature and stupid and it hurt their ego. Simple. Not all men are like that but a lot are like that
some guys think they're just entitled to get what they want and when someone tells them no they have a fit
Oh yes and i agree, like a child. Nobody wants someone who cannot act like an adult.
I think that sometimes some guys do it unconsciously and if they thought about it they wouldn't do it. There are some other chances that they know what exactly means that rejection.
I don't. it is the girl's loss, not mine and girls do the same. I didn't replied one girl and she ignored me. I ignored her in return though.
Nice 😀
Nobody likes rejection. Lashing back is a defense mechanism and since most boys won't hit a girl, they use words to assault her.
I've never heard of women using manipulation tactics or emotional abuse.
Cause women are more externally emotional emotional than men. Meaning women are more likely to cry or be physically upset than men who are very internal with their feelings. rejection is an external reaction to an internal feeling.
maybe u think its bitter coz u haven't had any rejections...
Oh our bad!! Let stay PC!! Stop complaining! It's the name of the game. If he doesn't like you and is a jerk then who cares? Don't ask why! Why doesn't change his answer!
O_o xD
Preaching apple!
It might be because that they are on one of the stages of grief it would be either denial or anger, mostly anger , that should answer your question.
It is immature but most people don't even recognise it.
Poor little man got his ego bruised. At age 17 I learned the lesson not to take shit personally. Asked an 8 to dance at a teen club. Got rejected. 5 minutes later a 9 asked me. Not going to be everyone's type.
Because, when they get rejected, it shatters their ego and they do so in order to appear as macho!
Unless, they're putting effort to get the girl's attention if they do love her of course and wouldn't use her just to prove that they have balls!
Women get just as bitter when they get rejected by guys. It's a human thing, not a guy thing.
I don't know, why are some women bitter and mean to the men after rejection?
What I don't get is, why does she think she's entitled to a man to speak to her period after dismissing him?
@lacorine197 true. A lot of girls still have the idea of "were still friends right?"
Sometimes i think it were a lot better if guys were honest and just said "nope, no pussy = no friendship 😒"
Sure is a bit direct and rude but girls would get the idea and guys wouldn't have to be so passive aggressive
I agree, I remember when I was younger I was passive aggressive, so I learned to get a lot more straight forward, I'm sure if many guys used this method, they'd go more further.
@lacorine197 true
Everyone can be like that. I think it boils down to the fact that some people thrash out when they're disappointed in life and others sink inwards.
I just think it is bs when a girl acts interested and then you get shot down or when she doesn't even give you 2 seconds to have a convo and acts like a total b****. I'd never try and hurt a girl though b/c of rejection.
You answered your question yourself! Its just Immature... also some guys have have very low self-confidence and can't handle a reject! or third: He things he's perfect in any way so how dare you to reject him!! 😄
Hope that Helped!😊
For me any indirect approach doesn't work. I'm way to insecure about myself to think that he actually wants me. Unfortunately I only attract for that reason jerks and players.
congratulations
Well thank you! Where is my present? 😝
he's in your unread messages waiting to take you out
I wish...
uh huh
Lol so mysterious... u know something I don't?
he thinks he knows.. lol
Lol yeah I guess so
Lol at them not wanting to be your gay BFF, stroke your female ego and still be there for you them being MEAN.
I didn't tell him he could be my friend why do you assume things?
I never said he was your friend. I'm saying homeboy moved on rather than stroking your ego and you got pissed.
because rejection can be difficult to handle and cause people to lash out
Sometimes they really thought you liked them, they have ideas of how great it will be and only come forward once they feel certain you feel the same, at the asker's age. So I imagine it's like a crash. All their hopes and dreams have been dashed.
Others like @jacquesvol said, it's a mere matter of ego. They aren't used to rejection or they were chasing you for the chase alone based on superficial attributes. If our have complied theyd continue on for a while. But once you say no thanks it's like a switch. They were faking a lot of what was before and they don't care enough to keep trying. You Turned them down, you're a bitch and now you get to see their actual nasty selves. I honestly think this type is a small minority but they are out there. This type seeks outward validation.
Best I can say is be extremely relieved and excited if this happens to you @asker. Because the bigger monster is the one who sees you as a conquest and will not retreat.
@asker every rebuff just sparks on the challenge. This categorty of problem comes down to control and ownership.
In healthy relationships these two ideas don't exist. Yes as a couple you are bound to each other and need to run big decisions past each other andnpower isn't always balanced.
But the men that continue to pursue and persuade after rejection are no longer respecting you as a person and are now seeking you as a goal. If they win you they don't go back to seeing you as anything other than an object.
Trump exhibited this with his two most recent wives. Tom Cruise is guilty of this with both wives. Nicole blossomed upon their separation.
The most important thing to consider when getting to know a guy you are dating isn't how he interacts with you but how he interacts with everyone else.
How does he treat Mom and sis, the waiter, his friends?
You save yourself a lot of time by observing every interaction when he thinks you aren't watchin.
Rejection. Girls are way worse if you reject them. I once at a chick basically stalk me after rejecting her.
Lol I guess because they give a shit and genuine about it.
Imagine studying so hard for an exam and then fail at the end. Same feeling
Sometimes it's just not being able to handle the rejection. It's that persons way of dealing with it. I've been rejected a lot and it's never easy to deal with. Sometimes it's the feeling of causing that person pain is a way of getting even.
For pretty similar reasons that angry feminists are angry at men.
Self defense, you get rejected, and therefore deeply hurt. You feel angered and want to hurt back.
Maybe they just wanted sex from beginning and when they realized they can't get it they cut of their act.
I hate rejection but I wouldn't be horrible about it. At worst, I would just avoid the person where possible until I was over it
you mean the guys who hit on you, and when you say no you're suddenly "an ugly fat bitch, and they wanted nothing to do with you anyway" or some variation of that, lol?
men are very prideful and when such pride is broken a whole lot of aggression is released toward the person or thing that had broken said pride.
Maybe the guy felt strung along and is allergic to bullsh*t.
Some of them surpass the limit by doing this things, but you can't expect them to continue being friends with you, they are hurt it is painful to continue by the side of someone who rejected you...
You really ask about it? It hurts. They dont want to be hurt again thats basically it.
Personal rejection hurts so yeah it's bound to happen.
No one likes being rejected. Some people just respond to this in different ways. For example, some people start being rude. I usually don't hang around the person anymore because it hurts. People just deal with it in different ways.
Because I am the nice supreme gentleman and you should be punished for it- Elliot Roger
Elliot's videos are fascinating.
I liked Stefan Molyeneaux's analysis of Elliot Roger.
ya a guy can be petty and the things do to try to make you happy all come back to them and you just shit on it with "oh I'm sorry is not working out"
I have done so myself, and in retrospect I can't really explain why I did so.
I don't know. But this question is so popular that I'll feel left out if I don't comment.
It's like getting excited for a kfc to then realise there's no chicken left
i hate kfc
you and me both but have u seen a hungry person who wants food poisoning get turned down
tru..
I just went through this.. We went on a few dates, he was super sweet. But I noticed a lot of differences between us, and I wasn't going to settle or stay just because he liked me. So I told him how I felt, and his only response was "alright". Why do you have to be so cold, so it didn't work out, not like we were serious. Maybe they're embarrassed that we turned them down? Maybe they get like they should of been the one to end it? Who knows.. Men frustrate me. Where are the mature men?
You told him you weren't interested. I don't understand why you expect him to be a sweet guy.
How is "alright" being cold?
His reaction to you was absolutely appropriate. You owe him nothing. He owes you nothing. There's no obligation for anyone to be friends.
its easier to b bitter, than to b hurt. it hurts the ego, so they get upset.
What are some examples of "mean things" he has done after you rejected him?
some are but some do understand
u must have met someone who is bitter
But not all are
I stopped wasting my time worrying about that 💩. Long ago. Accepted the fact that I'll be single. Just pay for it when I need it.
