Should I email my crush to let him know I like him? Or is that too creepy?

I'm 21 and he's 29. I don't personally know him, but I just want to let him know I have a crush on him-I don't expect him to like me back, but I want to let him to know how I feel and why I feel that way. I also don't expect him to reply to my email, I just want to get it off of my chest.

By the way his email is public, because he has it posted on his Instagram and Youtube (he's into fitness).
