Sounds to me like she is 'gaming' you. She doesn't want to commit to you - but doesn't want you to have anyone else either because that does not support her own feelings that you were not good enough for her. Move on. If she was the one - you would both know it already. I'm not saying that relationships don't need work to happen- because they do - a LOT of work. But divorces and ugly break ups come from one side failing to appreciate the fellings of the other. If she does not care enough to leave you alone after your 'break up- she is not thinking about you!
She probably misses you so texting you about your date is a good excuse to talk to you. She could also be jealous that your moving on. If you still like her say, "it went good but it would have been better if my date had Been you:)" see what she says! Her texting you is definitiy because she still has feelings for you:)!
