Coworker called me hot?

Could this mean he possibly likes me? Or does that mean he would only sleep with me? I know it sounds stupid, but when you call a girl hot, what do you mean by it? He can be overly flirtatious and I truly can't tell if he's genuine or playing around...

Side note; I don't dress slutty cause I'm wearing a uniform haha
