How to regain a guy's interest without coming on too strong?

Guys, if you were starting to hypothetically lose interest in a girl you had previously used to flirt with and get nervous around, how would you want the girl to take back your interest without seeming too desperate. Also as a side note to this question, what makes a guy lose interest in the first place?

Most of the time it's kinda impossible. It really isn't a game, if a guy is no longer interested, that's how it is. Sometimes people string you along as a safety net, which people confuse for "attraction".

There are endless reasons to lose interest. At your age I was a lot less patient, so not much… If you are more flirty, touchy freely, etc. and run into him at a party or something you’ll probably catch his eye again.

I've said this before to another girl on this site and I'll say it again: guys don't see girls as coming off desperate when they up to them and talk or say hi or whatever. We aren't as judgmental as you might think (or at least most guys aren't). The only time it looks desperate is if you start stalking him everywhere and start showing up at his house. Say hi to him, talk to him, say anything that makes it look like you want to talk to him and get to know him.
