So you can do this by going on new adventures together and trying things neither has done before and anything that releases adrenaline is helpful. So roller coasters, scary movies etc.

I've said this before to another girl on this site and I'll say it again: guys don't see girls as coming off desperate when they up to them and talk or say hi or whatever. We aren't as judgmental as you might think (or at least most guys aren't). The only time it looks desperate is if you start stalking him everywhere and start showing up at his house. Say hi to him, talk to him, say anything that makes it look like you want to talk to him and get to know him.
Just be around him more, touch his arm, his shoulder, his back. Be playful. See what he does.
Guys usually lose interest because they've found another girl they like, and they can get further with them than you.
