What does it mean when a girl says your giving her goosebumps?

A girl I like.. who’s made it clear and told me she doesn’t like me. I said something , and her reply was “ stop your giving me goosebumps “ 🤔 typically you get goosebumps around someone you like... ( I mean not always the meaning ) so if she doesn’t feel the same way then why would she get goosebumps... I’ve liked her for quiet some time but knowing she doesn’t feel the same I don’t pressure or pester her about it knowing the circumstances of how we know each other.

I said something in a a joking manor since it’s something we always do so it’s not like it was something that caught her off Guard. , ( she was packing my cigs and I made a fake moan & was like “ yes pack it harder” ) because our friendship has always been flirtatious. She’s always been flirty with me ( she told me she use to like me / has sexual feelings for me.. and I didn’t know at the time.) it wasn’t like I made awkward tension bc her and I do this shit back and forth it’d just how we are.

So either she was genuinely embarrassed from feeling awkward (since she has told you she is not interested), or it was just your regular flirty behavior. I'm fairly sure she is not interested at least. But if you want to be sure - ask her!

She’s briefly mentioned that she still has feelings but is unsure with how it would work with how we know each other , I didn’t really ask since I didn’t want to her to talk about something if a she didn’t really want to talk about it since she only briefly talked about it.
