Does the way you carry yourself determine how often you get hit on?

Like if I walk out of the house thinking I’m beautiful and attractive and I’m separated from my group temporarily while grabbing tissue or cutleries, guys will hit on me while I’m alone.

And if I dress up for church and go out for a movie with my base after bible study, guys will hit on me when I’m separated from my friends temporarily to grab hot dogs before going into the movie theatre.

I get hit on more frequently when I’m out with my friends but temporarily separated from them, than I do when I am out all by myself.

One time, I went to get a hair cut and a lady styled my hair after the cut and I looked gorgeous for 1-3 days and during that time an engineer hit on me while I was sitting by myself at the library. It seems how you dress and style yourself and how you walk and feel matters more to men then how you look anatomically and bodily.

Guys are intimidated by girls in any size group. We find it less intimidating to approach a woman whose alone. Plus its more likely that a woman alone is single. What you look like doesn't have as much of an affect as you think. If a person is physically attracted to you and brave enough to handle rejection (especially in front of others) they will approach you. Thats why you get a lot of guys who will message you online. They are physically attracted and want to get to know you. MAJORITY of women that a guy messages will NEVER respond so we start playing the numbers game. In other words when so many women ignore us guys we figure if I ask a hundred surely someone will say yes. But when you play it that way you don't really have time to sit down and write a hundred different personalized emails and hence it got so shortened by laziness that some guy invented the dic pic and viola thats why so many guys are creepy online. Try talking to the guys that try to talk to you no matter where or how because you never know who you are turning away. Don't just brush them off because at first site because you aren't attracted or think they are creepy. Stick around to get to know that creep a little more. You might discover his intentions were not to creep you out but make you laugh with a shock factor. Problem is guys are more open about their sexual perversions and ladies feel they are supposed to be proper so they keep them to themselves. Who told you it was right. or wrong to let sexual desire into your heart? How did they know? Thats why nobody can find true happiness in this world.

It does play a role. There are lots of small things a person can do that will raise the attraction level by a small or large amount.

How a person dresses can make a difference. If a person dresses to their personality, it makes a larger difference.

A person who walks with confidence has an easier time attracting others than a person who walks slumped and looking at the ground. A person who walks with confidence and a slight swagger attracts even more people.

No one thing works alone though. One thing builds upon another. Facial expressions, body language, gestures, and overall personality also play a role.

However, did you notice you mentioned that you were only approached when you were away from your groups?

So true! Whenever I'm feeling myself, like driving to my favorite song or feeling cute, I tend to get hit on out in public be it in the grocery store, or the parking lot, or the bar.

If I'm just my normal self, life goes on.

Even if have the best body parts, if I look at your face and you look stupid, silly, or ignorant then I would care the least about you.

An average good-looking girl with a great personality is a treasure and nice company than a "beautiful" empty and shallow girl.
I've crushed on many girls because of how they behave / sit / walk / talk.. which I'd say that can be or is usually reflected and combined by looks / style / outfit.

The girl I loved the most was sitting seemed absorbed in thinking. That view of her was the most mesmerizing to me. Her looks are very simple and average, pretty as in not bad. Her personlity is her beauty in my eyes and soul.

Yes I think this affects things. This said though - it would be weird to not be yourself. If you try to present differently with intention it can also be picked up on. Feeling like you look good though isn’t necessarily “not you”. This said though, if you identify that looking a certain way makes you feel better about yourself then it’s ok to try to look that way regularly haha. The benefit is that you aren’t even doing that for other people you’re just doing it cause you like you more. If that turns into more heads turning your way great, if not, who cares cause you still win with your general sense of confidence.

Confidence can show up in body language. But there are some hard set variables that there is absolutely nothing you can do about (age, body weight / physique, skin, facial features) that will automatically impact how much this happens.

For example a physically beautiful 19 yr girl with the shittiest personality in the world will ALWAYS get hit on by guys. A 45 year old morbidly obese woman will sadly be invisible to the vast majority of guys no matter what her personality is.

These variables are bit more loose with guys. But let’s face it I’m going to have harder time getting attention from an attractive 21 yr old girl vs a 23 yr old studly looking college football player. But if his attitude sucks I might still have a slim chance if my game is tight. But as I get older this will be less and less of a possibility.

It's usually when I haven't shaved in a few days and/or I'm in something comfortable but nothing you would expect to get hit on in. But when I am in something fresh I rarely get hit on unless it's from a black lady but they aren't bashful. They will ask or tell me I better have a big d**k and this comes right after they tell me I'm cute and before I can respond lol. I have been hit on while out with friends at the mall or grabbing a bite to eat but like you say they will wait for my friend to go to bathroom or something and literally run over, talk to me to quick, get a number and run back off. My friends trip out on me

Yeah I think it's pretty much true. I usually don't dress up at all. Like just put on some random T-shirt on sight and jeans when I go out. Barely brushing my hair because why bother.
One day I feel fancy and I go out wearing off shoulder shirt with long sleeve and a guy trying to hit on me several hours later.
I'm not looking for romantic relationship though. A guy hitting on me is kinda bothersome for me.
That's why I usually just put on whatever laying around on daily basis. To avoid people hitting on me.

(feelings, how we se on thing's like how you see yourself other's yourself compared to others others compared, presumption, how the views are constructed/phrased )

Yes. I get hit on a lot.
I've been told I have a resting bitch face. But then I get hit on too. So maybe being a bit of a challenge rather than being easy with looks is better.
I prefer to get hit on by men that are confident too and Not so confused about the next move.

I will split this:
- The group made you look attractive because it gave the cue that you have social status.
- When you get a haircut and dress nicely, you give the cue that you have a healthy self esteem.
- When you think you are attractive you act and move more confidently. This makes others think you have high self esteem. And thus see you as more attractive.

I like someone who can speak eloquently with conviction from just a few words. How she treats others, especially strangers is most appealing.

If you look over a 6, anything else is just how easy you make it to be approached.
If you're alone, you dressed up nicely, seem available and you don't seem rushed, we're a lot more likely than if you're walking with someone who could be your boyfriend, being loud and rude, rushing around and look like you're trouble 😂

Yes all that matters to both sides. How you dress, carry yourself, how you talk. Guys prefer to hit on women when they are separated from their friends because we feel that if we get rejected and judged by just the woman were hitting on then it's easier. It's also feels like a true rejection rather then the women's friends influencing her to reject the guy because they dont like him.
