Are these good signs of interest or just "being nice/friendly"?

I commented something on a girls comment on a picture she commented on on Instagram. Sorry for using the word comment so much in that sentence; just trying to get the point across. We went back and forth for about a minute or so maybe and I eventually just sort of decided to try adding her. Thankfully she accepted and I slid in her DM's which apparently she was fine with as well. What is interesting about this girl though is that she recognized me right away once she accepted. I told her "how?" and she says "from a club". I was like "oh well, I'm sorry I don't recognize you but thanks". We talked for about another minute or so and the last thing she last sent was "lol with a laughing emoticon next to it" (every single thing she said during the conversation had at least one "lol" so I'm not sure if she really was laughing or if it was just her trying to make sure the conversation wasn't serious or something). I don't know where to go from here because I don't know if she's truly invested in it or if it was just a one off
