#Scenario How would you respond if some unattractive random asked you out while your crush is standing on the same grocery aisle?

For once, some of us couldnt use the  “Sorry im taken”  excuse for fear the crush would overhear and never shoot thwir shot. We likely can't say  “Sorry im interested in someone else”  because the crush may overhear and not realize theyre the ‘someone else’ 😂 If you say  “Sorry not interested”  then the crush may overhear and think you’re rude af or stuckup.  Like damn is there a win/win anywhere?  🤣 Maybe the crush will randomly swoop in and save you and pretend to be your girlfriend/boyfriend just to get the other person off your back. Haha what? Just wishful thinking haha. Or you could just be brave and say  “Sorry, I like the guy/girl standing right there”  and shoot ya shot 💪 #FeelFreeToList #ExcusesExcuses

Thank her and tell her you are flattered but must decline and in a fairly loud voice tell her that there is a person in the store that you are interested in and are trying to work up the courage to go talk to her and really wished that the person knew how you felt and hoped she would make the first move. Then glance towards your crush and smile.
With a bit of luck maybe she gets the hint. If not then you have to make the move on her.

Then I'd walk over to the crush and ask her what she thought about the movie trailer I watched her smile at the other day at work.

There is nothing rude with directly saying that you're not interested.
I would be direct and say it as it is, when he comes around and thinks he could argue with me on this one (cause most can't seem to accept a no), i will show him my temper and become rude lol

instead of swooping in, you take the initative and go with "sorry am taken, tgen point at crush as your SO" add in something like "isn't that right sweety?"

Had something similar happen at goth night at one of the clubs here, instead of saying I was interested in the person I said that they ARE my girlfriend. She played along (thank the universe) and we did end up dating after that. I know I just got lucky that night but it turned out pretty well

I'd say something like "oh wow, that's really nice of you to think of me that way. But I don't think I'm the right guy for you. My interest lies somewhere else and I don't think that's fair to you. You deserve someone who can give you their full attention and that's not me. Sorry."
