Am I physically attractive if random girls at the club want me to approach them?

I went to the club with my friends and there were 2 girls. After an hour or so they asked my friend about me, what my name is. He told them. Then my friend told me that they asked about me and that he had told my name to them. He said i should go up to them. I thought he was joking because he had a few drinks, so i thought he was just a bit drunk.

Then later a waiter came up to me and told me that the 2 girls were telling me to come to them. I was surprised.

Does this only happen if you are physically attractive? I never thought i would be THAT good looking for random women to do that at the club.
