Are these signs that she’s interested in me?

While I was at my sisters wedding, me and her friend ended up getting on really well. She didn’t know many people there so when we went to the venue she messaged me asking if I can sit at the table with her and her sister since she didn’t know many people there. So once I got there I ended up sitting with them. Throughout the night, I started paying attention to how she was acting towards me and noticed she laughed at most of my jokes, she corrected her hair over her shoulder while talking to me, touched my arm and even asked me how I was feeling after the breakup I had half a year ago. While this was in a group setting, I didn’t make any moves on her but I’m thinking about asking her out on a date.

Does it sound like she’s interested or was she just being polite?

What are some obvious signs that girls give that show they’re interested in you that I could have possibly missed?

I decided to go ahead and ask her if she’s free to go out for dinner this Saturday and she’s agreed.

1. OBVIOUS SIGNS OF INTEREST: If she pulls down your pants as soon as she has you in private, she is interested. . . obviously! If she kisses you at the end of the encounter, she is interested. If she makes sure to give you her telephone number, she is interested.

In this case, she may have been expressing interest, but it is common for single women to get acutely horny at weddings and for them to go into pursuit mood. She may still have the interest, since she has some long term familarity with you. Before the event, she may have asked your sister if you are still single, so ask your sister if her friend talked about you at all. Her sister may not want to admit that they discussed you, but if your sister has a good relatonship wth you, she will at least be honest in telling you whether her friend may be interested.

If you can't get any clear signals from your sister, call the friend, tell her how much you enjoyed seeing her, and ask if she would be interested in having dinner wth you next Friday or Saturday. Those are very definite "date nights" and that wll send her the signal of your interest. Her response will tell you all that you need to know.

Why not just text her and ask her how she is doing first, build up a conversation and then ask her out on a date.
