What does it mean when a guy calls you ‘sweet girl’ all the time?

So there’s this guy who I always watch live on tiktok and whenever I’m in the live, he kind of calls my name out and calls me ‘sweet girl’. He also followed me back on tiktok when I followed him and we added each other on snap. My friend thinks it’s possible that he might like me or at least find me attractive but I really think that it’s just him being nice. However, given my past blindness to when guys like me, I’m not too sure. Help?

And he agreed with someone when they said I had a beautiful face and name. He said “yeah that’s Seila” when they said “SEILA YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL FACE AND NAME” and he also said I have a gorgeous name and put my name with his last name.

You always watch his lives, probably interact so he’s familiar with you and thinks you are sweet. As for adding you on socials, your friends could be right about the crush but from my time on TikTok, I notice that the lives with regular viewers who interact with the host they become like friends or cool with each other on a higher level.
