This guy and I were in his car and he told me to come close to him. He wanted me to smell his cologne and so he told me to put my head right up to his face and neck. I know he thinks I am very attractive. Do you think it was innocent or is that a possible way to make a move or see if I will? Our heads and necks were basically touching.

maybe he was wearing one of those pharamone sprays and thought if you got a good wiff you'd suddenly be all over him. lol that or he wanted to prove he didn't stink.

Well, I for one would never ask a girl to get anywhere near my face or neck unless I wanted her mouth there. Know what I mean?

Next time take a looong while to smell his neck and then ask him to check yours. See what happens.
