I don't know I could be overthinking things but something's that happened on Christmas stood out to me. We hung out a lot during the day. He was either with me or with my cousin. My cousin then asked me to go outside and take photos of them together but at one point her boyfriend pulls me in and gives the phone to my cousin and wants a photo of us together.
Later he was playing with nerf guns with his 2 sons and accidentally shot me. I said "ow" because it did hit me pretty hard and then he asked me where I got hit then kissed where he shot me. Later I took some more photos during the day and he asked to see one of the photos he was in. I showed him one but there was a bit of a glare. He then takes his shirt and wipes my camera lens to clean it but enough of his shirt lifts where I can see his lower stomach. I don't know if that was intentional or not. At the end of the night he gave me a long tight hug and a kiss on the cheek. He did that to my sister too but I don't know if it's something to notice too. Im not good with reading body language and subtle hints so im not sure what to think of so im here asking for help.

Woah, that's a tricky situation. On one hand, that stuff could totally just be friendly family hanging out stuff, no big deal. But altogether it does seem a little suspect. I'd say just be super careful about reading too much into things.
Definitely don't do anything to mess with your cousin's relationship. But it might also not hurt to put a little more distance between you and the boyfriend when you're all together, just to be safe. And try not to put yourself in any situations alone with just him if you can help it.
Maybe have a chat with your cousin too, just to feel things out - see if she's ever thought anything was off about how he acts around you. Don't wanna cause drama, but better to get a sense of things. Hopefully it's all innocent. But trust your gut, yeah? Don't let anyone make you feel uncomfortable. You gotta look out for numero uno!
