My guy friend often shows off his biceps in front of me and sometimes I get lost staring at them but everytime I look back at him he locks eyes with me and it's like he's always trying to figure out my reactions all the time. I noticed sometimes he smiles and winks at me also which makes me kinda shy.

I only would flirt if I liked a girl and had the right chemistry or whatever, but some people are different. It's a big problem if you hurt someone by misleading them, I think it's best when people are direct and transparent.
