Why does a guy stare at me when I’m near him?

There’s this guy that started at me when I’m close to him and watches me do my work but when I look at him he looks away. I can see him from the corner of my eye just staring at me without looking away wherever I’m standing aswell

why do guys act sneaky with their stares and act like we don’t notice them?

Guys does this much often if they like a Girl. He doesn't have guts to come up to you & talk. So it is now on your shoulders what to do. If you like him look back at him & by the 2 nd or 3rd time smile & wave hi. This will melt the ice between you. If he doesn't smile back or keep looking away leave him , he is too scared of you. & If you feel like he is being creepy give him a daring , Angery look. He would instantly stop looking at you if he have self respect. Pardon me for my English it is not my first language.

I've read that it means they like you, I've had guys do this before and one of them asked me out. So he could like you but is too shy to do anything else yet. Hope this helps x
