Is it possible for women to be attracted to a man who stays quiet and doesn't float around socializing like a butterfly?

I can see clearly through day to day life, across the years I've been alive, that girls/women really love the guys who are social butterflies.

I have studied them. For example a guy comes across a girl he never met. He says to her "hey, why are you making that face like you're mad?" The girl then explains "oh I was just lost in thought."

From there the guy continues to make comments and remarks when the girl comes around again and again. Eventually they're flirting, touching, hugging. Both have relationships at home and both don't seem to respect their partner at home for why flirt at work or in public with someone else?

But all the girls do it. A few of the guys do. It's a few guys and a majority of girls. The girls are all hugging flirting and so on with the same small pool of guys. Everyone in question has a partner at home.

I'm not that guy. I don't do that even if I'm single. It makes me feel like I am just another loser. Women prefer the men who can flirt with all women and joke and have fun all the time with women. Those few guys are the special ones and the rest of the men are invisible or so it seems.

I do get attention from women but only because of my looks. They think I will be like the men I described above due to my looks. But I am the opposite. I am quiet and stoic and I don't play around all the time.

Even when I do develop a relationship with a woman where we talk and joke, it's rarely flirting. It's rarely touching and hugging and so on. I avoid it because I feel like it's bizarre that people act like that.

It feels like it puts me at a huge dating disadvantage to not be the guy constantly flirting with every female he sees. The girls love these guys so much and shower them with love and affection.

I don't want to be those guys. I don't want to act like that. But it feels like I must learn to do so or I am just making life harder for myself.
