My girlfriend and I have been dating for a while. She is like 2 inches taller than me. Today we were playing, and she took my glasses off. I then was reaching to get it back, but she held it away from me. Then when we were in my room kissing, she said she's taller than me and she could just hold her hands up and I have to jump to get my glasses. She said that's what she does with her little brother. When I was walking her to the car and kiss her. She said that she will be wearing heels tomorrow to dinner. I don't know what to make of this. I know she was joking, but geez.

Oh yeah she was putting my glasses on her head as a headband because my glasses are to strong for her. She said I have a big head because the glasses almost fail off her head ( I do have a big head though). I know she is joking, but I got a little insecure.

Uhmm..is your girlfriend 12? Honestly, whatever her reasons are for teasing you it doesn't matter but it shouldn't be happening. It's very insensitive. Let her know that you're a little insecure about it and it made you feel kind of inferior to her. I'm sure you wouldn't continuously point out if she had a giant nose that you could play ring toss on, and tell her that she should volunteer at childrens birthday partys for it. It's unacceptable. Don't let it happen...stand up for yourself...because if you don't, it's not gonna stop. Good luck man..

No offense but you girlfriend sounds super immature. She's sorta acting like a bully. When people put other people down its really cause of their own insecurities. I would discuss this w her and let her know that it bothers you. She either needs to change this or I would kick her to the curb. It's extremely disrespectful for her to treat you this way. It sounds like she is perfectly fine with being taller than you if she teases you, she’s just making sure you’re ok with it. Do not make a big deal out of her heels, girls want to be able to wear heels, she’s just letting you know. Go with it and everything will be fine!
