Soooooo I'm curious -

The guy I like talks *only* to me when talking to a group (mostly). And always rests his leg/arm/foot against mine and if I adjust he moves to follow me.

Do guys ever casually rest their hands against a girl's even if there's a legit reason or do they hold off slightly (unless they like her), do you think? Example - he was holding my phone to watch something and I was sitting across from him resting my hands next to his, eventually they touched and he didn't move, at one point started tapping his fingers against mine but not in an annoyed way. He has played with my hands before.

Thanks! :) finally we went to a movie w friends and he practically put his face against mine to talk throughout. Like he would lean over to talk and instead of turning and whispering his cheek would be like flat against mine as he would make remarks.

Finally finally haha he gets all awkward and upset if I mention other guys flirting with me, walks really close to me and at my pace, and has asked me many times to stay after I graduate.

And goes shopping with me for hours just to hang out (he's straight).

Thoughts? Like, love, just good friends, what do you think?

He is trying to show you he likes you and is waiting for you to show it back. His tapping your finger was his move, it was your turn to move a little closer. He is trying here. If you don't do something back he will think you are not interested. A guy will only feel like he is being rejected after obviously showing his affection for so long.

Do you think it makes a difference if he does stuff like this with others around? Like he seems to tone some things down a bit with others around. Like I said he has played with my hands and stuff before but not around others.

Other things seem unconscious like standing close to me, walking *right* next to me, etc. - he kind of ends up following me around :)

Put yourself in his shoes. Would you do it with others around as much? If he isn't sure you like him back he won't make you uncomfortable in front of everyone
