Mine is pretty simple:
Foot long Italian bread.
Philly cheese stake
American cheese.
Then microwave till the cheese melts.
Then add green peppers.
Extra jalapeno peppers.
Chipotle sauce.
Throw in a bag of Doritos, a bottle of whatever soda happens to be available - Coke preferred - and sometimes a cookie.
So predictable am I that the people at the Subway I frequent no longer ask me what I want. When they see me, they just make it for me.
Unpredictable I am not.

Spicy Italian, extra banana peppers and sweet onion.
My Subway order currently:
6 inch white bread with turkey, toasted. Topped with literally every veggie and the sweet onion sauce!
I used to order the Italian BMT with American cheese and extra mayo, plus pickles, olives, lettuce, tomato salt pepper oil vinegar before I learned about nutrition lol. Was very yummy but really not worth the calories 🥴
I like the chicken with melted mozzarella cheese and ranch or sweet sauce and I usually use all their veggies other than jalapeño or avocado or bacon or cucumber. Or I will get an assorted sub and add all complimentary vegetables, including jalapeño with sub sauce on it. I love black olives and mushrooms!

I rarely go to sub shops. When I do, I almost always get a 6" tuna on a white or Italian herb or Dutch crunch roll. Extra mayo, lettuce, Provolone cheese, salt and pepper.
At the deli counter of my local gas station mini mart, I'll get the same exact thing but with turkey instead of tuna.
If a place has them, I love BBQ'd pulled pork with cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce.
I do NOT like tri tip. It's almost unchewable. What a crappy cut of meat.I don't do a lot of lunchmeat like I used to. But I used to love turkey, white American or swiss, LTO, sweet peppers, black pepper, oregano, and depending on my mood i liked mayo or olive oil/w garlic. With ham it was prov and instead of sweet peppers it was hot pepper rings or crushed hot pepper.
I always use to be a 6 inch meatball marinara with extra cheese, now I'm a 6 inch B. M. T (big meaty tasty is ham, salami and pepperoni) with onions peppers extra cheese and ranch dressing.

I have not had Subway in a long long while... lmao
and I think that time I just said "give me a hear attack"
but they got me indigestion, instead I change it up all the time. Right now, my favorite is the engineer at Firehouse. I donโt remember everything on it, but I know it has mushrooms.
Turkey, ham, salami, provolone cheese on white. Mayonnaise, pickles, tomatoes, onions & a little lettuce. Salt, pepper & oregano & oil & vinegar.

Italian bmt with black olives, salt and pepper
Or
Rotisserie chicken with sweet onion sauce, add spinach, lettuce, tomato, black olives, pickles, and cucumber
Either one on honey oat bread I get the works on my Forest Ham with cheese and mayonnaise
We're both vegetarian so usually just the vegi option.
I have 2 favorites.
All veggie with mustard.
or
Grilled chicken, veggies, sweet onion sauce.
I haven't had a sub in a very long time. MmmmmA 6โ roast beef with lettuce, tomato, onion, a few olives (enough for one per bite) and a little oil and vinegar. I used to also get salt, but I avoid that now.
I just get salt and pepper nd I have them toast the bun.
12" turkey breast and ham on Italian, toasted, with lettuce, tomatoes, and MAYO. 🤣🤣🤣
I get a 6 inch or foot long ham on wheat with shredded cheese, bacon and black olives. Sometimes without the olives.
Spinach and lettuce, cucumber, banana peppers, hot pepper relish, Monterey jack cheese, some mayo, and usually black forest ham.
Meatball sandwich with a combination of Swiss and American cheese, and lots of sauce, is my favorite. It's messy and sometimes I have to eat it with a knifes and fork.
