I’ve been vegetarian for about 4 years and I’m never going back. The less dairy I eat the better I feel too, for the most part. I still eat cheese a few times a week. I might start eating eggs again if they are free range. I don't know. I wanna move towards veganism because it’s a cleaner diet and is easier on all your organs and systems in the body. But I stopped eating meat because I don’t believe it’s moral to eat the flesh of the innocent and absorb that energy into my being
I've been vegetarian for a little over 7 years. I suppose with enough willpower I could go vegan but eggs and cheese really gets me. I'd like to improve my diet for sure though. I heard the Mediterranean diet is really healthy.
I’ve been on the Mediterranean for awhile now about 3 months. I love it. I’m way healthier. I was weighing 260 because I retired I was carrying it well but I was sluggish I didn’t like it. I’m shooting for my perfect weight. It’s 210 lbs so I’m at 221 now , so I lost 39 lbs , and I been doing the gym. I found my 6 of my 8 pack probably in a month I’ll see it all again. I also had a lot of inflammatory issues , back and joint pain. That has completely ceased. My blood pressure was high that has gone away and the pills went in the trash. My blood pressure is perfect now. 123/ 64 usually. My resting heart rate is 59 while I sleep it comes up to 65 to 70 when I’m chilling. I feel good.
I used to be vegetarian. It wasn't too bad. I was mainly disgusted and traumatized by the fact that my food had blood in it before it was cooked. I didn't have a religious or moral struggle against eating meat, otherwise. And I later on got over it.
If they could make something which has the same taste and texture as all the various cuts, unseasoned and salt free. Plus make it cheaper and as low in fiber and carbs as real meat. I'd make the switch.
I'm not although I don't think I'd mind going vegan if it was cheaper and more convenient to do it the way I want with lots of whole foods and the widest variety of plant sources, fortified foods, plankton, the bare minimum of supplements.
The taste was never an issue for me with vegan foods. Many of my favorites are vegan-friendly. But I find it hard to get, say, the leanest sources of complete protein, or the widest range of micros without eating the widest variety of things, as I can get with meat sources like organ meats.
One of my best friends is vegan and I enjoy eating vegan meals with him, some vegan food is so delicious, but I could never be vegan myself. I love meats and animal food products too much.
Not currently a vegan, and wouldn't consider going vegan. I've been raised on a mix of meats and fruits/veggies and I dont plan on changing the way I eat any time soon unless it's specifically to drop weight.
nope! Nope! I don't eat cow meat because I don't like it but I need my chicken, quail it's sad but I also have to eat and be healthy without having to take pills for replacement of these.
I would probably go vegan, I’ve thought about it a lot. But at the moment I’m just trying to limit how much meat I have (i maybe have it twice per week?), and drink almond milk instead of cow’s milk
1. God didn't create anything, there is no god because the concepts of creationism and omnipotence are both self contradictory. 2. Tried being vegan, I got sleepy a lot, had no energy, and healed slower. 3. What anime is that?
I'm not against going vegan short term and I'm perfectly happy not eating meat but I do love cheese, good butter and eggs so anything more than a month is impossible.

@AncientWisdom Yep, I heard that diet can do wonderful things for the body. 😊
Indeed I am living proof. , also it’s good , I love almost every food in it. With exercise I believe it perfect.

No, I'm not vegan but my sister is. I think that being vegan is noble and the right thing to do, however I'm not able to stop eating meat.
By the way, do you believe in climate change?
I would probably go vegan, I’ve thought about it a lot. But at the moment I’m just trying to limit how much meat I have (i maybe have it twice per week?), and drink almond milk instead of cow’s milk
I'm not, but I could go vegan. I have before. I prefer vegan foods and unprocessed foods for health reasons.
I could happily eat a vegan meal, just as long as it was dished up with a nice steak!

I dont think I could do it , but I try and use part of the ideal , my daughter is fully Vegan.
I’m borderline vegan and it’s just cause I enjoy plant based food more. It also doesn’t upset my stomach as much.
Yes been vegan since I was 13. Mostly cause I hate animals so much that I don't want to eat them
weird lol. even cats?
@Still-alive nah love cats. They're little bitchy attitude is nice. All other animals hate lol
good! i love cats. mine is cuddling with me as we speak!
@Still-alive awh cute didn't know you had a pussy 🐈
yes a very hairy one. i love to touch and rub it too meowww
I’m not vegan, but I believe I could potentially be vegan.. especially if the goof wasn’t so expensive. Lol
No I'm not, I don't like the way cattle are treated in the industry but it's more expensive to buy plant based alternatives at least I think
Vegans look unhealthy to me. All of the substitution ingredients they use do not seem all that healthy either, just my opinion.
