I’m a pescatarian (personal choice, no it doesn’t make me better than others). I eat eggs most mornings and try to eat veggies as much as possible. As far as fruit, usually blueberries, apples, strawberries and bananas.
Everything meat, fish, gains, fruit, etc etc I just eat it in a way that’s healthy combined with healthy lifestyle.
in other words I have a well rounded intake of food.Chicken breast, fish, prefer Trout, Various salads, made at home, mild, low alcohol volume red wine. Oh forgot, good pasta.
Vegetables, fish and bread, which I should not eat.
Eggs, spinach, oranges, bananas, blackberries, chicken and rice I eat a lot of rice
Rice, noodles and meat.
It is between steak and eggs.
Chicken, olive oil and vegetables
Veggies and eggs. Protein in general
Bourbon, Xanax and everything in between.
Ice cream.
