While in school did you eat lunch from school or brought lunch from home?

What was your favorite lunch did your school serve and did you enjoy it? What was typically your lunch if you brought lunch from home? Did you leave school to get lunch and if so did you go home to eat lunch or went to somewhere close by? And what did you typically do during lunch?

While in school I normally bought lunch from home, except on Taco Tuesday 🌮🌮😍🤤. On some days I would bring a turkey and swiss sandwich with lettuce and mustard, Salsa Sunchips, string cheese, and fruit. Other days it would be a salad, fruit, Salsa Sunchips, and string cheese. Normally I would buy a drink for like a $1.50 from my 11th history teacher who was also the football coach cause the money went towards helping the football team

During my senior year, seniors had the opportunity to go off campus for lunch. For me I typically would drive to Subway and purchase either a 6inch turkey with pepper jack cheese (with lettuce, spincah, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, black olives) or buffalo chicken with pepper jack cheese (added the same thing I did for the turkey except for pickles, banana peppers, black olives. Instead I added buffalo sauce and ranch).

During lunch me and a few girls would go to our government teacher's classroom during our lunch period in our senior year. In there we would typically work on some homework, eat our lunch, while he (the government teacher) would put on the British sitcom The It Crowd. However, if the weather was really nice we would go outside next to the art building and eat while talking to each other, while working on some homework.

I usually brought a lunch from home, but it was usually the same bologna sandwich and carrot sticks, so I’d eat the carrots and drink the juice or chocolate milk box it was packed with, and then get something from the snack bar. I’d try to give the sandwich to a homeless person at the subway station after school. The food was pretty bad from the cafeteria, but the pizza and tacos were solid, and I liked the pasta sauce they had on spaghetti days at my high school, so I’d buy lunch those days.

Depends, mostly I made my own lunch but sometimes, if I had the money, I did buy some lunch from the school "bakery" .. it was not fancy and they literally only had 3 different things, every single f'n day...

Mostly brought my own lunch box with fruits and meal or sometimes just fruits and raw carrot and tomatoes.. sometimes brought my moms food she cooked for me.. but there's also times i bought lunch from school

Best lunches I recall because I can remember anything but my last secondary school were curry because it came with sag aloo as well as rice and naan and the burritos which were great

I did leave sometimes on those top ups to the little supermarket nearby or further out to Subway but occasionally I'd go to the Polish shop and buy a slab of black forest gateaux... rich chocolate cake bonded by thick whipped cream and the cherry compot that swam in kirsch

My school lunches were not what I wanted them to be. This had caused me to solely bring lunch from home, that my parents would make me. My school would serve us fish and the like, nothing close to taco Tuesday, unfortunately

I always ate from the Cafeteria until Senior year. After the bs with my ex, I would actively avoid going to the cafeteria because he sat in there, so I would deliberately starve myself every single day at school because I was afraid of running into him in the cafeteria. And that's how I got acid reflux. :'))

I remembered I would usually be grilled over my choice of diet, mostly junk food, and how I'd be fat when I got older, here I am 29 years old, still eating the same junk food and I'm still 7 stone, jokes on them.

School lunches where im from were actually good until Michelle Obama anally raped the school lunch system So i am proud to say, when i was a kid i ate at school. Most of the time the food was fantastic and scratch made.
