What is an insanely cheap meal you would still eat as a millionaire?

As a millionaire or as a near-homeless college student, what's a meal you'd eat regardless?

I already having a feeling that most foods are going to involve rice and potatoes to be honest since those are easier to get. Or maybe it's just good enough that, why not?

"Insanely cheap?" Like ramen? How much is "insanely cheap" to you, cause to me, that's anything $5 or less. Anyway, I'd still eat a Wendy's 4-for-4 meal, even if I had all the money in the world. I'd also say Little Caesar's $6 extra pepperoni pizza. But neither one exist in South Korea... :(

I just checked online and everything where I used to live in the US, is up by a dollar, but not that high. The classic is now $6.00 in my old neighborhood and the Extra Most Bestest is $7.00. The Pepperoni and Cheese Stuffed Crust is goddamn $12.00, though! Might as well go to a real pizza place then, cause Little Caesar's is only good for its price; it's not the best overall by a long shot, and $12 is "real pizza" price.

i just looked online and where i live the classic is 6.99 and the extra most bestest is 7.99 but the stuffed crust is only 11.00

Soup is highly underrated in our country. But damn, what a genius thing it is. Take your chicken, boil it into a stock. Just throw in some onions, potatoes, mushrooms, leeks, half-n-half, flour, basically whatever you have sitting around the kitchen that would go to waster otherwise. It's practically free if you think about it.

Spaghetti with ketchup. I don't even feel ashamed for eating pasta with ketchup. Noodles, peanut butter and honey sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches, rice and yogurt with garlic powder, rice and mayo with garlic powder (also potatoes in any form or shape).

My pasta fagioli recipe. Pasta, pasta sauce, carrots , celery, cannelloni beans, and garlic, maybe add in some chicken pieces but I make it in bulk and it lasts a couple days and is extremely cheap to make

The cheapest burger at McDs. They are really good. Even from BurgerKing. And added is Maggi for sure! Along with Dairy Milk. No matter how rich I get, I will always go and take Roast Almond Dairy Milk from the store.
