
Continuing my series of questions regarding one of my favorite foods, I'm moving to how the steak is prepared. Specifically what temperature do you like your steak cooked? I grew up with parents who always cooked to well done (no pink). It was good but then I always didn't know any difference. I found anything less than well done gross, until I ate less done steaks. I slowly moved down the scale from well done to medium well, to medium and now prefer my steaks cooked at medium rare or rare depending on the cut.
So how about you? What temperature do you like your steaks cooked at?
