What I mean is that the edibles they produce are mostly a very fine combination of sugar, salt and fats and then sell it to us. That stuff is potentially addictive.
And the sodas and energy drinks and whatnot also containing more sugar than the acceptable amount for our bodies.
Once I saw a short documentary about it (sugar, salt, fats) I feel like shopping in the grocery store will never be the same again. Scoping for products, that aren't overloaded with sugar, salt and fats is challenging and the harmless choices narrow down to what? Not much.
Vegetables, fruits, nuts, noodles, rice, bread, milk, cheese, eggs, oatmeal, oil, meat (non-processed) and water? Can't even get sauces without sugar, salt and fats.
Me doesn't even salt my cooked meals because inevitably one ingredient or more comes with salt, sugar and fat.
