If people have to shit what they eat that means they take more than what they need in body. That shit is something extra and what the body doesn't need probably bad for us. The fact is there are unhealthy bacterias in most foods. We could get everything we need from foods such as vitamins with something like a syringe.
Every living thing eats and excretes. Every single creature is based on the same prototype.
Bacteria break down (or decompose) dead organisms, animal waste, and plant litter to obtain nutrients. But microbes don't just eat nature's waste, they recycle it. The process of decomposition releases chemicals (such as carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus) that can be used to build new plants and animals.
Plants and trees take in water and nutrients from the soil through their roots. They also breathe air and, from it, use sunlight to convert CO2 into the energy they need to grow. They expel oxygen as a waste product.
Their falling leaves are also a waste product that creates food for microbes and other animals. By that process, rich soil is created.
Some animals are herbivores. They prune vegetation, process the nutrients out of what they eat, and excrete the processed waste. That waste is called fertilizer.
So microbes, fungi, worms and bugs break waste down into soil. And herbivores produce fertilizer that is also turned into soil by microbes.
Some animals are carnivores. Their job is mainly to keep populations of herbivores under control so that they don't denude landscapes by over grazing.
Nature is all about creating a healthy balance, full of diversity, so that life can thrive. This planet would be nothing but water and rock if not for the activity of living creatures that not only create soil, but also essential elements like nitrogen, oxygen and CO2 for the atmosphere.
Humans are omnivorous animals. Their success is, to a great extent, attributable to their ability to find nourishment in meat, vegetables, roots, fruits, nuts, herbs, and whatever is available in the habitats in which they live.
By the same process as other organisms, they gain satisfaction from filling their bellies. Their digestive tracts break down the food, absorb a wide variety of nutrients through the walls of their intestines, and excrete the rest as waste. And like the waste produced by other animals, human excrement can feed microbes and other creatures to be turned into fertilizer.
Lastly, eating only a full liquid diet can give you enough energy, protein, and fat. But it does not give you enough fiber. Also, you may not get all the vitamins and minerals you need.
Fiber improves absorption of water and electrolytes, regulates immune function, fights inflammation, and can even help suppress tumor growth in the colon. Insoluble fiber does not dissolve in water and adds bulk to the stool, which can help keep bowel movements regular and prevent constipation.
Your body would not be happy without food. And just as plants are less healthy and nourishing when grown in sterile soil with artificial fertilizers that contain only enough nutrients to survive, humans would not thrive on a diet of artificially produced vitamins and minerals that don't contain all of the rich variety of nutrients necessary for robust health.
In the end, poop is not the result of over eating. It is a natural function that is necessary for survival.

Poop is generally just left over solids. To explain how Poop functions one needs first understand how your digestive system works. Simple version. Food is broken down in your stomach and then enters the intestines. As it travels through the intestines your body will pull all that it can from the broken down food while also squeezing it smaller and smaller. You have heavier metals and larger amounts of vitamins and minerals pulled by the large intestine. Then the small intestine will pull the left over stuff. Eventually all that is left is a blob of goop with nothing in it. THAT is what becomes poop in most scenarios. I say goop because the last step to forming poop is the water extraction. So some do not know this but most of the excess vitamins and minerals you eat actually come out as pee. So vast majority of the time your poop is just left over solids. If you for example eat too much of certain things that can't be processed nuts, corn, peas, carrots etc those can come out in your poo. You would need to eat a very high amount of them though.
If you're not pooping, that's actually a bad sign. If you don't eat much, then yeah, it'll take you a few days to even poop. This is coming from a person who used to be underweight here. It doesn't matter what you eat either. You could eat fruit for breakfast, pb sandwich for lunch, grilled chicken & green beans for dinner and still poop at the end of the day. Anything you poop out no longer has any vitamins & nutrients in it, as your body absorbed all of that through the digestive process.
No thanks I like eating garbage. will keep eating shitty food and exercising and noone will stop me, if I die early, I die 🤷🏻♀️

I'm like the Delorean in BTTF2, put any garbage in and I work just fine and as expected. Life is a genetic lottery. Barely matters what you eat or do, the dna is running the show. Changing how one thinks is the most powerful thing they can ever do.
That’s not how the human body works, could you get a lot of food from injections and drips yes, would you destroy your veins, yes. Getting fed by a tube, go talk to someone that has no option. Apart from that a lovely steak needs eaten, chewed, savoured and not squirted in your mouth.
You excrete waste as a by product of digestion. Also during that process the food you eat is processed into compounds that supply the body with nutrients to repair and regulate all the organs and to provide your mitochondria with substances to enable your muscles and other active components to be able to function. You still need food. A million years of evolution says so
No- but then, I didn't sleep through biology class and know that every word of what you wrote is inaccurate. Just to cite the most obvious example: the reason poop is brown is due to oxygenated (that is, rusted) red blood cells that've died out. Want to guess what would happen if your body never expelled those?
Now, want to guess what'd happen to the nitrogen cycle if you didn't?
If food exists, that means we should eat it (healthy food, of course, not fast food or other bullshits). Same as your logic, If we go often to the WC , then it must be something bad that needs to be eliminated. So, yes, we do need to change the way we eat, although we don t need a syringe, as you mentioned, because that s what teeth are for.
There is a lot of things that cannot be supplemented with vitamins and majority of vitamins don't actually work because they lack the vital ingredients that help the body break them down
Your body dumps a lot of stuff each day and not all is from food you eat. Dead body cells and blood cells for instance, as well as other waste products your body creates.
Maybe in the year 3000. So far we don't don't know enough in the field and chewing stuff is required for facial features.
In the future we might have mechanical bodies with only the brain requiring nutrients but we have just installed the first neuralink to a human and have not even begun tackling any long term problems.
Yeah we should have more sex to burn the fat
We can't digest everything in our food. That's normal. Every animal excretes waste in some way.
Interesting theory. You should try that out and let us know how it goes.
Even if you are nothing but only what the body needed, you would still have to shit. The body can’t just absorb all physical matter.
Actually, shit is just the stuff that your body doesn't need.
Eat less processed foods, white flour, and added sugars
What? The body can have a perfect diet and still need to get rid of waste.
Struggling on the toilet there pal? 😂
lol, fuck off with that nonsense.
Not one word of that is accurate
No, not in my opinion.
