So my cousin wanted to eat pork dumplings today and I told him I don’t like pork, I hate pork, I think pork is disgusting, I want to eat shrimp or chicken and then he buys me pork anyway and I did not carry cash with me cause my dad said they agreed to pay for my food. My dad said he had a right to choose what I was having for lunch because he was paying but I think it is religious assault to force a religious person to eat pork against their will. My cousin thought the pork was $2.00 cheaper then the shrimp or chicken which is why he refused to buy me anything other than pork.
That depends on *what* religion you belong to.
To a Muslim it would be.
Just like beef would be for a Hindu.
And Jains are outright vegetarians, as is some Buddhists and Hindus and some Christian denominations, for whom *all* meat would be a violation of their beliefs.
Furthermore some Christian denominations practice pescatarianism during certain periods of the year.
For them only fish is a acceptable meat during these periods of time.
There's also fasting for a number of religions in certain periods where you're supposed to abstain from food and/or water entirely.
However just having a *preference* is not related to religion at all.
Myself I'm vegetarian.
I don't like the taste of mushrooms and hate the taste of sea weed.
But there's nothing about my ethics or life stance that has anything to do with that, just my personal taste.
I eat the former anyway because it's good for my health.
I hate the taste of the later, but if served I *will* try to eat some anyway out of respect for my host.
But my appetite might be limited.

Did he physically force you to eat the pork? If so it’s abuse, if not you’re simply declining to eat what he purchased and offered.
No one can force you to do anything and people should be willing to respect each other's religious beliefs. I once had a muslim boyfriend and years ago he met my parents I gave them a heads up on his dietary restrictions and they were very understanding. My ex wouldn't touch anything that contains pork or alcohol he was very very strict when it comes to those things.
