I’ve always suffered with being overweight since I was a kid. I’ve been working out for a couple years now but my family are huge sugar consumers. It could be 1am and my dad and my brother are constantly buying and eating candy and drinking soda.
For one, they know that I’m on a diet and that I’m trying to stay away from trigger foods (soda, candy, cake, ice cream, chips) Rarely I would ask for sweets unless I’m craving it and just want one on occasion. But afterwards it turns into them constantly buying it assuming I want more.
When I go grocery shopping I never buy any sweet snacks or sugary drinks, only my dad and brother. And I’ve been telling them that we need to keep trigger junk foods out of the house. I think of “Out of sight, out of mind” cause it helps me not want those foods if it’s not sitting in my fridge or pantry where it would make me want it. I’ve told them no when they buy me specific items and I have to say no or hide the snacks so I don’t binge eat.
What else should I do or what should I tell them now? It’s so difficult plus they stay stuffing their faces with sweets and they’re a lot smaller than I am. The only option I have is to move out but I don’t have enough money rn. Can anyone help?

Tell them if they insist on buying junk food, they should put it in one cupboard only, and should keep a lock on it. All of your food can be kept in a separate place, so you don’t have to see their junk food
