What's your favorite cuisine fusion food?

Talking about food from different cuisines that got fused well. Examples would be chili con carne pizza, nori dumplings, teriyaki burger, etc.

I've tried curry pizza one time and I couldn't get enough. It really was an authentic Indian curry chicken on a pizza dough with cheese and it was spicy too.

But generally speaking, Mexican Italian fusion works really well. Best one in my opinion.

Naan breads make useful pizza bases. Some indian takeaways here are starting to fuse the local laverbread ( nori puree) with curry.

I've not tried it but think it would be good in a saag. Normally I mix it with oats and fry and recently I've been experimenting adding Chinese/Japanese flavourings like wasabi

Chilli lasagne works well too but chilli seems to be one of those things that easily pairs with other foods.

Actually Mexican cuisine has its own identity. It may have a lot of influences from different cuisines just like any other cuisines.

and when the UN highlighted Mexican cuisine as a "treasure of humanity" Mexico made sure to highlight that... Mexican food is fusion of culture and worlds and not just "strictly just Mexican"
