Yes Typical Family in US no longer can afford real food , so they are told to eat Cereal for dinner. Bidenomics working. No more Eat Beef commercials , eat cereal , it's good food.

I don't blame this on politics. I blame this on the sugar and sweets industry as a whole. They don't care about general health. They care about profits. You can actually say that about most organizations who benefit on ill health or even death versus someone who's in great health. Pharma, vaccine companies, military industrial complex, etc. They benefit from people being sick, thinking they'll be sick, or benefit on death. These are likely the places you'll see money flowing back and forth between the industry and politicians. They enjoy jerking each other off. It's why pharma and vaccine companies are protected so heavily from lawsuits, and why we're in a constant state of wars going on overseas.

We should eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, and a pauper at supper. In essence, we should "front-load" our day with protein to have some slow-burning fuel, and go more towards the lighter carbs as the day wears on. To that end, it might be useful to have carb-weighted foods at the end of the day. But I'm not going to say that Frosted Flakes constitutes a healthy dinner. Even a smear of peanut butter on a rice cake would be healthier.

Nobody would want to eat cereal for dinner.. I barely even eat it nowadays for breakfast..

I'd rather have a home cooked meal for breakfast or dinner.. It might cost a bit more but taste better, It's probably healthier and way more filling.

That girl who loved fruity pebbles when she was little is gone.. It's just way to sweet for me now...

It's just a commercial. Most families wouldn't let their kids eat sugary cereal as a dinner. Pancakes and scrambled eggs for dinner? Sure. The only time I've heard of anyone eating just cereal for any meal was when I read a story of an elderly woman who needed loads of boxes of cereal sent to her so she could have something to eat.

Most dry sugary cereals are not good for you and should be avoided. Original plain cheerios aren't too bad, homemade oatmeal not the little flavored instant packets is good for you, cream of wheat and there may be a few more that I haven't researched.
