Do you like your steak almost raw?

I love when my steak is a little over medium rare. It can seem gross.. but I really enjoy it. I went to this nice restaurant somewhere in downtown Manhattan and they had served a giant ribeye steak that was cooked a little bit on the rarer side. It was super juicy and seasoned well.

I'll eat uncooked beef, but I don't like rare meat. Medium for most cuts, medium well for some. Uncooked ground beef, mixed with diced onions and fresh parsley, smeared on bread is 🔥

Inb4 someone calls me gross for eating raw beef. Like literally everything else in life, if it's dirty, or questionable, don't eat it. I wouldn't grab some discount Walmart beef and see what happens.

I’m rare-to medium rare. I don’t like cold raw meat but if the temperature is warm I’m fine.
